Simple Keep it stupid simple. The plainest thing that works is the thing that ships — every clever layer is a debt somebody pays at 3am, and that somebody is us. If it needs a diagram to explain, we haven’t finished thinking.
Small Small teams, small codebases, small promises we actually keep. No committees, no roadmap to nowhere — just a handful of people who can hold the whole thing in their heads. Getting real beats getting big.
Open Open source is life. We are built on other people’s generosity, so we hand it back: gems, scripts, hard-won hacks — whatever helps the next person move faster. Nothing here is worth hoarding.
Hungry Stay hungry, stay foolish. Curiosity picks the work and profit follows when we get it right. We chase ideas because they are fun first — the day it starts to feel like a job, we go find the next fire.
